Shipping and handling are additional charges. Most items are in stock, in the event an item is out of stock, we will back order
and ship items as soon as possible. Your credit card will be charged only for item(s) shipped.
We will be offering new product pieces periodically and monthly specials.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized.

Merchandise found to be unsatisfactory must be returned in resalable condition within 10 days.
Credit refunds will be issued to credit card used for transaction.
Store credit will be issued for merchandise that is sold out or no longer available.
Music, Video, & DVD:
1. Any merchandise found to be defective will be exchanged for same.
2. No refunds, exchanges, or credits on opened merchandise.
Poodle Sock Returns:
Poodle dance socks can only be exchanged for another size or returned provided that:
1. The manufacturer tag is still fastened to product.
2. The socks have not been worn, washed or abused in any fashion.
